What are the best apartments in Tallahassee?

I am looking for an apartment starting in February of 2011. By "best" I am looking for affordable %26amp; quiet while at the same time being appealing, safe, and clean. Most places you find a bargain at end up being trashy. I also know most places in town suffer from robberies.



What I am looking for:

Cheap Power Bill. I heard City of Tallahassee Utilities Horror Stories

Quiet

Clean

Affordable

Great Maintenance

Great Management

No crime

I was in your same position last year! I chose Club at Lake Jackson and I highly recommend it! Staff is great, they have mini events and a nice atmosphere.



They are/have:



Cheap Power Bill - Mine runs $90 for a two bedroom! The highest I have had is $140

Quiet - You hear the birds all day. No loud music!

Clean - The staff keep the grounds free of trash.

Affordable - Great

Great Maintenance - I had one request for a light bulb. I could not believe how quickly it got taken care of. You would have thought my heater had gone out in winter!

No Crime - I have not heard of anything from any other resident and I have not seen any. I am out at 2 AM due to my job and I feel perfectly safe.
