What are some good student apartments in Tallahassee?

I plan on moving down to tallahassee next year from michigan to attend school at tcc or fsu. What are some common student apartment locations? Im not looking for anything quiet either i like to party!What are some good student apartments in Tallahassee?

just to name a few...What are some good student apartments in Tallahassee?
seminole grand is not a good place they get broken into and dnt look into the commons which are right next door they are kind of misleading and maintanence is slow very slow and its is nosiy!! trust me i stay here now and hate it
