In most States the budget is higher than that. I know in mine we are looking at a 2 billion dollar shortfall. The libs are talking tax increases as usually, not cuts in spending.
You will have smaller government the day after Obama brings federal spending under control, That's not likely to happen until he's out of office, and then we may be in the disaster mode because of it.
