and today is the 22nd and it still isn't hear my fiance called the post office in Pensacola and they said it was sent but it still hasnt came to the address here and it has no return address on itA letter was sent to me on thursday august 18th from pensacola to tallahassee and today is the 22nd?
You don't say where you are in relation to your fiance'. 3-5 days is not unusual for something that has to go a long distance. It was dumb not to use a return address, especially if somehow, the letter got into the mailstream without a stamp.
Anythnig that can not be delivered is treated as Dead Mail and sent to the Mail Recovery Center for disposition.
There isn't anything you can do but wait to see if it shows up at your address.
