I am looking into moving to Tallahassee Florida, and want to know which part to move around to stay away from all the college students and dorms. Yes I will be going to college but doing online classes, not actually going to the campus. I want to be somewhere away from that, and is a safe neighborhood for when I start my family. Also want to know which area is the least from tornadoes and or flooding as well.

i live on the west side of town (blairstone at govenors square) right by the mall. stay around that area, great for avoiding the college atmosphere but still close to campus
