Willis Dairy in Tallahassee: What years did it operate?

Does anyone remember the Willis Dairy located on Centerville Road in Tallahassee, Florida?

It was definitely there in the 1960's, and it *may* have closed up in the 1980's or so, to allow for a later development.

But we're mostly interested in knowing more about the Dairy and when it originally started.Willis Dairy in Tallahassee: What years did it operate?
Hmm... dug this up:

Back in the 1960s Tallahassee had a special place where you could get your milk, bread and eggs from the comfort of the GMC pickup: no unloading the young'uns and dragging them all into Q/D Foods at J.M. Fields Plaza on North Monroe, where one of the hammerknockers was bound to knock over a display of Bama grape jelly, in glass jars, of course, and then blame it on the younger one, who was at home with Granny at the time.

But, anyway, at the intersection of Tharpe Street and High Road, next to the Standard Oil Station, was the Willis Dairy, a tiny drive-up store that stocked the bread-and-milk basics. Mom or Dad just drove up to the sliding-glass door, a man walked out to the truck, Mom or Dad told him what we needed, they made an exchange and we were quickly on our way.Willis Dairy in Tallahassee: What years did it operate?
