I am under the assumption that many appeals delayed his execution in the double murder in Talahassee Fl. Therefore, he was executed for the murder of Kimberely Leach in Lake City Fl. He was convicted of the murder of Lisa Levy and Margaret Bowman first, then of Kimberly Leach. Both convictions were death penalty.
