I am trying to find an apartment, and I have a friend who is offering me a place to stay, but I have heard rumors that that area (Caliark), is kind of bad. I've heard that there is nothing but thugs, prostitution, and home invasion type crimes all the time, and I want more opinions before I completely turn the opportunity down.Is anyone familiar with Arkansas Street in Tallahassee, Fl?
it isnt exactly ocean ave in miami beach. It is right near frenchtown and thats the area with high crime.
