Check Ybor City on 7th Ave. La France has been there for years. Some new clothes as well.
Near Tampa... visit the Oldsmar Flea Market on 580 (Hillsborough Ave) and Race Track Road. There is a bike shop with used bikes, lots of old accessories and parts. (Row B or C East)
