I don't know if this helps, but the distance from one corner of Texas to the other is the same distance from that corner of Texas to Canada. Just one of those useless bits of trivia that I have retained over the years.How does the height of Texas compare to the distance from Tallahassee to Canada?
Texas is a long and wide state but I don't think it is quite as high as the distance from Tallahassee to Canada.
