It looks like there are a lot of flights offered that take around 6 hours, and that is with a 1 hour layover. I just checked kayak.com and put in Tallahassee to Las Vegas to get all of the flights for multiple airlines. It doesn't look like there are any non-stop flights and the one flight that I looked at had a layover in Dallas.How long is the flight from Tallahassee Florida to Las Vegas Nevada?
You are going to have to look on the website of a few airlines. I doubt that there is anything direct - you will probably have to fly to a hub (Atlanta?) and change. And there will be a layover - maybe minutes, maybe longer. So there is no way we can answer this for you until you decide on time of day, how many stops you are willing to make, etc. - and price.
