What is the real estate appreciation rate of Tallahassee, FL?

I would like to know the appreciation rate of homes in Tallahasse and the source you used to find it. My own searches have been fruitless and a waste of time.What is the real estate appreciation rate of Tallahassee, FL?

Zillow.com shows Tallahassee prices decreased 0.3% in the past 12 months. They have a lot of cool information at the level of specific homes too.What is the real estate appreciation rate of Tallahassee, FL?
